Biff Bar Wholesale OEM Service in Sri Lanka: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Sri Lanka trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Every quotation for Sri Lanka separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Practical checklist

• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation

Comparing quotations the professional way

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps biff bar wholesale shelves full year-round.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next biff bar wholesale shipment to Sri Lanka.
