Finland Biff Bar Wholesale MOQ: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Finland trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Finland warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Common mistakes Finland first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Finland launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Independent reports are available on request: UN38.3 documentation, transport test results and material safety data accompany orders where destination regulation requires them. If your market needs a specific filing, tell us before production and we confirm in writing rather than discovering the gap at customs.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.
