Biff Bar Wholesale Trade Terms Notes for New Zealand Trade Buyers

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first New Zealand order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Retail presentation and display support

Staff education costs are minimal: the category is self-explanatory to adult buyers, and the flavor cards handle most questions. That operational simplicity is why convenience chains keep expanding shelf space for the category.

When destination rules in New Zealand change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
