Biff Bar Wholesale Trade Terms in Massachusetts: Wholesale FAQ
Storage and shelf life at your Massachusetts warehouse
Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.
Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next biff bar wholesale shipment to Massachusetts.
Biff Bar Wholesale trade terms pricing for Massachusetts trade customers
Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Massachusetts.
Payment terms for Massachusetts accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
Packaging standards for export cartons
Retail presentation for biff bar wholesale starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.
Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Massachusetts seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a biff bar wholesale opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.

Frequently asked questions
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 600-puff devices with 1,000mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 30ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. TPD certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Brazil, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
Do you ship to France?
Yes — we ship to Brazil on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
What is the minimum order quantity for biff bar wholesale?
Standard wholesale minimums start at a 50-carton master case, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
