Biff Bar Wholesale Sample Orders Checklist for Tunisia Trade Buyers

Private-label options for Tunisia brands

Private-label biff bar wholesale is available for buyers building their own brand. The process starts with a specification sheet — puffs, nicotine strength, flavor list, colors and packaging — followed by a digital mockup, a physical sample and then production. Typical lead time runs 12 to 18 working days including sample approval.

Private-label projects for Tunisia brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar wholesale carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.
