Biff Bar Wholesale Reorder Program Checklist for Nepal Trade Buyers

How a first order usually runs

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current biff bar wholesale stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Freight to Nepal runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Storage and shelf life at your Nepal warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Nepal buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
