Biff Bar Wholesale Reorder Program in Ireland: Wholesale FAQ
How a first order usually runs
Biff Bar Wholesale has matured from a novelty SKU into a core category that anchors the counter and the webshop alike. Retailers tell us the segment now accounts for a growing share of basket value, especially when the range is presented with clear flavor organization and dependable batch quality. Our wholesale program is designed to make that presentation easy, from master-carton packing to point-of-sale materials.
Stock rotation at the Ireland warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.
Private-label projects for Ireland brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.
Freight options from Shenzhen to Ireland
Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.
First orders from Ireland rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar wholesale carton starting at 200 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.
Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 7 to 10 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
Minimums, tiers and payment terms
Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Ireland.
Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Ireland launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Ireland trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
Compliance paperwork for Ireland imports
If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.
When destination rules in Ireland change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
Compliance for biff bar wholesale varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide ISO 9001 documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar wholesale lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 9,000-puff devices with 1,200mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 10ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Do you ship to Romania?
Yes — we ship to the United Arab Emirates on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar wholesale is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 5 to 7 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. TPD certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
