Biff Bar Wholesale Price List Notes for Israel Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Israel warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Biff Bar Wholesale stores well, but simple discipline protects shelf life. Keep cartons in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, avoid stacking pallets above the marked limit, and rotate stock first-in-first-out so no unit sits past its best window.

Common mistakes Israel first-time buyers make

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar wholesale programs.

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps biff bar wholesale shelves full year-round.

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including CE — before goods leave.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Documents that travel with every shipment

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Every quotation for Israel separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Freight to Israel runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
