Biff Bar Wholesale Payment Terms FAQ for Nepal Retailers and Distributors
Biff Bar Wholesale payment terms pricing for Nepal trade customers
Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Nepal.
The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.
Freight to Nepal runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
How a first order usually runs
The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.
If you are stocking biff bar wholesale for resale, the two numbers that matter most are landed cost and turnover speed. Both depend on working with a supplier who holds ready inventory, packs for export correctly, and replies within hours rather than days. That is exactly the service VapeWholesaleHub was built around, and +86 13711127975 is the direct line our account managers answer on phone, WhatsApp and WeChat.
Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every biff bar wholesale carton for Nepal leaves with the document set the destination requires - FCC paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.
Quality control before anything leaves the factory
Independent reports are available on request: GMP documentation, transport test results and material safety data accompany orders where destination regulation requires them. If your market needs a specific filing, tell us before production and we confirm in writing rather than discovering the gap at customs.
Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar wholesale carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.
Packaging standards for export cartons
Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.
Private-label projects for Nepal brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.
First orders from Nepal rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar wholesale carton starting at 300 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Standard wholesale minimums start at 2,000 units, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
How do I get a current price list?

Do you ship to Greece?
Yes — we ship to Ireland on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar wholesale is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. CE certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar wholesale lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
