Biff Bar Wholesale OEM Service Guide for Canada Wholesale Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Every quotation for Canada separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Canada shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

How a first order usually runs

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Canada warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Repeat orders tend to get better economics: forecasting lets us reserve production slots and consolidate freight. Buyers on a standing reorder cycle routinely secure the best combination of price and availability for biff bar wholesale.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Canada trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Canada: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 500 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Buyers across Canada usually start a biff bar wholesale conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 5 to 7 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Container and pallet economics for Canada

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Canada.

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Canada launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
