Biff Bar Wholesale Bulk Supply Checklist for Florida Trade Buyers

Retail presentation and display support

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Florida launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Every quotation for Florida separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

How a first order usually runs

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Florida: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Florida order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Florida.

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Storage and shelf life at your Florida warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Florida orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the biff bar wholesale range.
